Born on August 27, 1998, in Ghardaia, Algeria, Ibtissam Oulad Heddar completed her secondary education at Moufdi Zakaria High School in Ghardaia. She then pursued her academic journey at Ghardaia University in Algeria, where she obtained a State Engineer degree in Urban Hydraulics. Currently, she is pursuing her doctoral studies at the PAN African University, Institute of Basic Science, Technology and Innovation in Kenya, where she is deepening her research in the field of sustainable water resource management.
