Born in 1977 in Bejaia, Algeria, Dr. Ahcene Bounceur completed his secondary education at Iheddadene High School before pursuing higher education. His exemplary academic journey led him from the University of Bejaia, where he earned his Engineering degree in Operations Research, to prestigious French institutions.
